Teresa Baumgartner the woman charged in connection with the Jessi Wilfong murder investigation had her plea hearing on Wednesday.According to court records, Baumgartner pleaded guilty to first-degree kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution on April 9 at the courthouse in Jackson, Missouri. According to the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office, Wilfong’s body was found buried in a barn on a property near Baumgartner’s home in 2022. Her sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 9 at 1:30 p.m.
