Then in a crime update the US Attorney’s Office has announced that 33 year old Steven K. Townsend, of Sikeston has been sentenced to serve 10 years in federal prison for the offense of Distribution of Fentanyl. Townsend appeared for his sentencing hearing last Friday before United States District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. at the federal courthouse in Cape Girardeau.
