According to the Southeast Missourian James Lamont Clark, 31, was arrested by the Cape Girardeau Police Department over the weekend for alleged unlawful use of a weapon.According to a probable-cause statement, the arrest followed a domestic disturbance involving a knife Thursday, March 27. Officers initially responded to a call at an undisclosed location in Cape Girardeau where they encountered a “hysterical and uncooperative” victim who denied being assaulted.
