Drivers, a reminder th next phase of a big Cape Girardeau road project kicks off this week. According to the city, work begins today on the entire north half of the Lexington and Cape Rock intersection. The city says the intersection of Lexington & Cape Rock will be closed except for Eastbound traffic on Lexington crossing Cape Rock, or turning right/south onto Cape Rock, and Northbound traffic on Cape Rock turning right/east onto Lexington.
