The U.S. Attorney’s Office has announced that 43 year old Thomas O. Stroud, Jr.,of Wappapello has been sentenced to serve 130 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to the offense of Possession of Child Pornography. Stroud appeared for his sentencing hearing before United States District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. at the federal courthouse in Cape Girardeau. According to court records Stroud had a prior conviction for the same reason.
