What a relief. Highway 61 in Jackson will fully reopen today after an improvement project closed a portion of the road for over a year.The Missouri Department of Transportation took that time to replace a bridge over Hubble Creek and resurface a large portion of Highway 61.Drivers on the north side of Jackson have been dealing with detours since October 2023.
