Cape Girardeau Police responded to the 1100-block of William finding 61 year old James Combs walking in the 200 block of S. Hanover carrying a long gun. During the investigation police found out Combs had threatened a victim demanding a cigarette or else. Combs was taken into custody and is now in the Cape Girardeau jail on a 25-thousand dollar bond.
