With the wintry blast The Salvation Army Warming Center at 701 Good Hope in Cape Girardeau is open, plus, the training room at the Fredericktown Police Department is open for anyone needing to warm up, charge their devices or use the restrooms. Food donated from Walmart and Calvary Church is also available.The First Baptist Church at 502 Broadway Street in Marble Hill has also opened as a warming shelter.
