Through constant talking and confusion 34 year old Dominique Ezell of Georgia is accused of stealing hundreds of dollars from a Sikeston business using the “quick change” tactic. According to the Sikeston Department of Public Safety investigators say during the suspect’s time in the store, he asked the cashier to exchange larger bills for smaller bills.
