The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (SRT)**, in coordination with the Cape Girardeau Police Department (CGPD)** and the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force (SEMO DTF)**, executed a search warrant that recovered more than three dozen illegal firearms, ammunition and narcotics. As a result of the search, **William R. Geiser**, a **convicted felon prohibited from possessing firearms**, was taken into custody. Following the operation, Judge Miller** issued a **no-bond state warrant** for Geiser’s arrest.
