Recently, officers with the Cape Girardeau Police Department responded to the 500-Block of North Silver Springs for aa person bleeding from the head and arm. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who had injuries consistent with being struck by blunt force.Looking at video surveillance footage officers spotted the victim walking in the QuickN Save parking lot and saw him hit in the head and knocked to the ground by two suspects and another one kicking and punching the man. All three were arrested.
