According to SEMO Department of Public Safety Paul Bixler age 55 of East Prairie was arrested Tuesday by SEMO Department of Public Safety Officers on charges of- Enticement of A Child who Bixler thought was a minor on the SEMO campus he’d been messaging. Turns out he met a student who was posing as a minor in an attempt to catch child predators. Bixler’s bond is set at 50-thousand dollars.
