A southeast Missouri man 40 year old Justin Wade Welker was sentenced to nearly 15 years in prison on a child pornography charge. Welker was arrested after the Federal Bureau of Investigation office in Detroit learned that two people were discussing engaging in sex acts with a minor on the Kik messaging and chat app.According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri Sayler Fleming, the FBI traced one of the participants to Welker’s home in the village of Sedgewickville, Mo.
