A former Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper 39 year old David McKnight appeared in federal court on Thursday afternoon and pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court in Cape Girardeau. He’s accused of unlawfully searching women’s cell phones during traffic stops to find nude photos. His bond was set at 10,000 dollars.
