At the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport, you can normally take a flight from the airport once on Tuesday and Saturday. Now, with a busy Thanksgiving time ahead, an additional flight is added to the schedule for both days. The airport manager says since it’s a lot easier to come here park, no big lines and no hassles, and that way we’re able to accommodate and add more flights. Changes for Christmas travel are expected, too.
