U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. on Monday sentenced 33 year old Rashad Marshall of poplar Bluff MO for selling meth to an undercover officer to 100 months in prison.Marshall pleaded guilty in July to one count each of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine. He also admitted conspiring with Joshua E. Forbes and two others to sell the illegal drug. A member of the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force purchased meth from the conspirators six times between June and August of 2023.
