A Cape Girardeau woman 26 year old Rayshiana Moore is facing charges after police say she hit someone with her vehicle multiple times and caused him to go airborne. Officers were called Saturday night to a hotel parking lot in Cape Girardeau to investigate an assault. The man told police when he got out of the car and began walking away, Moore hit him twice with her vehicle sending him into the air.
