Shortly after midnight Wednesday officers responded to the 100-Block of Camellia Dr. for a report of shots fired and found suspect 56 year old James Wingo of Cape Girardeau. Officers located evidence that Wingo had fired several shots outside of his home. Wingo is currently being held at the Cape Girardeau jail on a $20,000 Cash only bond.
