No-excuse absentee voting started in Missouri on Tuesday and according to Cape Girardeau County Clerk Kara Clark Summers, a total of 709 people cast ballots at the Cape Girardeau and Jackson polling locations on Tuesday. Absentee Voting is through November 4 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, November 2 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Monday, November 4 until 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.In Cape Girardeau, absentee voting is available at Heritage Square Plaza, 2129 William Street.
