A Cape Girardeau woman 27 year old Jaylon Strong was arrested for throwing bricks at a vehicle in a parking lot near a Save-A-Lot on Labor Day. A police report also says Strong was yelling racial slurs and making verbal threats. Strong was booked into the Cape Girardeau County Jail on Tuesday and is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.
