The Secretary of State’s office has certified a proposal that would ask voters in November to overturn Missouri’s near-total abortion ban. Missourians for Constitutional Freedom wants Missouri to become the first state in the nation where voters end a total abortion ban. Rachel Sweet, with the abortion rights group, says despite delays, court battles, and political maneuvers, over 380-thousand Missourians signed their name to put the measure on the ballot.
