U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. on Tuesday sentenced a Cape Girardeau man 57 year old Dewayne Clark who sold pounds of methamphetamine to confidential informants to 12 years in prison. In the plea, Clark admitted selling two pounds of meth and 20 fentanyl pills on March 23, 2023, to confidential informants working for investigators in exchange for $8,000 cash. On April 13, 2023, Clark sold two pounds of meth and 40 fentanyl pills for $8,000 to the informants.Investigators also found a stolen Glock pistol, a Smith & Wesson pistol and an AR-15-style pistol in his home.
